2. Data we process

• Visitors: technically necessary server logs (IP address shortened/time-limited, timestamp, user agent), session and language cookies if required.
• Donors: payment data is processed via PayGate (paygate.lindic.net). On spenden.lindic.net we store the campaign reference, amount mirroring in the session and any voluntary details in questions to organisers.
• Organisers: registration data (name, address, email, IBAN and bank details for payouts), campaign content including translations, questions/answers, closing records.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Processing to provide the platform, handle donations and payouts, communicate, ensure security and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR / corresponding Swiss nDSG).

4. Sharing

With payment providers (PayGate / crypto rails), translation services for campaign texts where needed, and technical hosting providers as required for operation. No sharing for advertising.

5. Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose or legal retention. After a campaign ends, public campaign data is deleted; closing PDFs and bookkeeping-relevant data may be retained in the organiser account or internally longer.

6. Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability as provided by applicable law. Complaint to the competent authority (in Switzerland: FDPIC).

7. Cookies & tracking

We do not use marketing trackers. Technically necessary cookies/sessions serve login, security and language preference.
